✨ Dashing Braids & Co. – Our First Market Day Recap! ✨

We’re so excited to share that Dashing Braids & Co. successfully completed our very first market event 🎉 – and what an experience it was! This event was completely self-organised, and our goal was to get a solid feel for the market scene before diving in further 🙌

We used this opportunity to learn the ropes 🛠️ – from how to set up and pack down a pop-up stall ⛺, to how long prep really takes ⏱️, what kids are drawn to 🎀, how to price our services 💵, and most importantly, how to connect with customers 💬✨ It was all about testing, learning, and growing – and we loved every minute of it 💖

A special shoutout to Kayla – Vanessa’s daughter – who absolutely smashed it with the sales 💁‍♀️💸 She was giving us pointers, chatting to customers like a pro, and let’s be real… we’re working for her now 😂👏 Future CEO vibes for sure!

We also want to say a huge thank you to our amazing, supportive husbands 💪❤️ – the behind-the-scenes MVPs who helped with setup, pack down, and kept us fuelled with encouragement all day long. We seriously couldn’t have done it without you!

The response was amazing 🌟 and the feedback has been incredibly valuable 📝 We now feel more confident in our setup, our offerings, and the way we engage with families and the community 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

As a result, we’ve already been invited to join other businesses at their upcoming events as a pop-up stall🎪 – and we couldn’t be more grateful and excited for what’s to come 🌈🥰

What a fabulous day we had at the Quakers Hill Destroyers Football Club Presentation Day! 🎉 We were so thrilled to be part of such a special celebration and want to send a huge congratulations to the entire team on an amazing season! ⚽💪

A big thank you to the club for inviting us to pop up and be part of your big day – we absolutely loved being there 💖 From the moment we set up our colourful display 🌈 to the very last braid and bow 🎀, the energy and smiles from everyone were just amazing!

We had such a fun time meeting new faces, chatting with families, and seeing all the excited kids running around showing off their bright new braids and sparkles ✨ There were definitely a lot of rumis on the loose after that! 😍🙌

Events like these remind us why we love what we do – connecting with our local community, spreading colour, creativity, and confidence one braid at a time 💕
