🚗 Mobile Services Only

Dashing Braids & Co currently operates as a mobile braid service only. All services are provided at the client’s home, event venue, market, or pop-up location.
🚫 We do not offer salon-based services at this time.

📩 Bookings & Enquiries

• All services are by enquiry only via our website email link or social media platforms
• ⏰ We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours
• ✅ A booking is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received

💳 Deposits & Payments

• A deposit is required to secure all bookings, including birthday parties and private services
• 💖 Deposits are applied to the total service cost
• ❌ Deposits are non-refundable
• 💰 The remaining balance is due on or before the service date unless otherwise agreed

🎉 Birthday Parties & Group Bookings

• Birthday parties and group bookings require a deposit to confirm the date and time
• 👧 Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least 48 hours prior to the event
• 💵 Pricing is based on confirmed numbers
• ➕ Additional guests on the day are subject to availability and may incur extra charges

🔄 Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the booking
• ❌ Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations
• 🚫 Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit and refusal of future bookings

⏱️ Late Arrivals & Delays

• Delays caused by late arrivals, unsuitable setup, or interruptions may impact the number of styles completed
• ⛔ Service time will not be extended beyond the agreed booking window

💆‍♀️ Hair Preparation

• Hair must be clean, detangled, and ready for styling unless otherwise agreed
• ⚠️ Additional charges may apply if excessive detangling or preparation is required

👩‍👧 Children’s Services

• A parent or responsible adult must be present at all times
• 💕 We aim to create a calm, positive experience, however cooperation is required
• 🚫 No refunds will be provided for incomplete services due to lack of cooperation

🧴 Health & Safety

• Clients must disclose any scalp conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to the appointment
• ⚠️ Dashing Braids & Co is not responsible for reactions caused by undisclosed conditions
• 🛑 We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable

📍 Travel & Setup

• 🚗 Travel fees may apply depending on location
• 🪑 Clients must provide a safe, clean space with seating, lighting, and reasonable access
• 🅿️ Parking access must be available where required

📸 Photos & Social Media

• With consent, photos or videos of completed styles may be used for marketing and social media
• ❌ Please advise prior to your appointment if you do not wish for photos to be taken
